With deep sadness and eternal love, we remember Ernesto Arceo Díaz, who passed away on April 17, 2025, in Downey, California, at the age of 66 after a brave battle with lung cancer. While his departure leaves a profound emptiness in our lives, we find peace in knowing that he is finally at rest, surrounded by light and love.
Born in Santiago Tangamandapio, Michoacán, Mexico, on January 12, 1959, Ernesto carried the warmth and strength of his roots with pride. He was a man who believed in the value of hard work and determination. For many years, he worked as a CNC Machinist at Nuspace Inc., where he earned the admiration of his peers through his exceptional skills and fearless attitude. Ernesto never hesitated to take on the difficult jobs—those others shied away from. He welcomed challenges with confidence, proving again and again that he was someone who could be counted on.
But Ernesto’s life was never just about work—it was about love, family, and living fully. He was a loving husband to Linda, and a devoted father to Angela and Daniela. His sense of responsibility and commitment to his family was unwavering. He was always there—with open arms, a listening ear, and steady support.
Ernesto was also known for his vibrant personality. He was outgoing and full of life—never afraid to speak up, laugh loud, or make a new friend. He brought an energy to every room that made people feel welcome. He had a passion for poetry, music, and travel, and he especially loved going on cruises, where he could relax, explore new places, and take in the beauty of the world. He loved to capture moments with selfies and videos, not out of vanity, but because he understood how precious time was, and he wanted to hold onto every memory.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, courage, and resilience. Ernesto is survived by his beloved wife Linda, his daughters Angela and Daniela, and his siblings Cristina, Rosario, Elvira, Bernardo, and Jose. He joins in peace his parents, Ma Refugio Díaz and Jose Arceo, and his dear sisters Ana, Martha, Elena, and Guadalupe, who passed before him.
We miss him deeply and will forever carry his spirit in our hearts. We pray that he is in a better place now—free, peaceful, and watching over us with that same brave heart we knew and loved.
