With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Bao Phan, who left us on March 21, 2025, in Rosemead, California. Born on January 2, 1977, in Vietnam. Kenneth lived a life filled with laughter, adventure, and deep connections.
Kenneth’s loud sense of humor and unforgettable laugh could turn any moment into a cherished memory. His presence brought warmth and joy to those around him, and his ability to make people smile was a gift he shared freely.
His passion for food and travel shaped his outlook on life—he approached every meal as an experience and every journey as an opportunity to explore, learn, and connect. He believed in savoring both flavors and moments, always eager to share his discoveries with family and friends.
A proud UCLA graduate, Kenneth built a successful career as an accountant, but his greatest fulfillment came from the relationships he nurtured. He valued time spent with loved ones and always found ways to bring people together, whether over a shared meal, a heartfelt conversation, or an unexpected burst of laughter.
Kenneth is survived by his father, Hoa Phan, and his sisters, who will forever carry his love and light in their hearts. He is preceded in death by his mother, Hue Phan, whom he now joins in peace.
Kenneth will be remembered not only for his accomplishments but for the love, laughter, and warmth he brought into the lives of others. His spirit lives on in the stories we share, the meals we enjoy, and the adventures we continue in his honor.
