It is with deep sadness and love that we announce the passing of Susan Elizabeth Bei, who peacefully departed this life on November 4, 2024, at Providence Holy Cross Hospital in Mission Hills, California. Born on July 9, 1947, in Bluefield, West Virginia, Susan lived a life defined by love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family, friends, and passions.

They married a year later, on September 12, 1997, in Port Charlotte, Florida. In 1999, Susan and Alfred settled in North Hills, California, in the San Fernando Valley, where they created a warm and welcoming home filled with love.
A passionate dog breeder, Susan had a special love for Cocker Spaniels, raising and nurturing them with care. She adored her Chihuahua, Squeaky, who was a constant companion. Susan was always eager to share stories about her dogs and delighted in their presence.
Her joys in life included traveling, spending time with her family, and taking care of others. She had a gift for making everyone feel loved and cherished. Always smiling and happy, Susan was known for her generous heart, wonderful sense of humor, and steadfast faith. She was dependable, kind, and an ever-present source of encouragement and warmth.

She is survived by her husband, Alfred; her stepchildren, Mikki (Sanchez), Laura, Diandra, and Christopher; 12 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her parents, Blanch and Gerald Magann; her son, Raymond Bei; and her Chihuahua, Squeaky.
